Acting on behalf of the former occupier, Lewis Craig were instructed to source a high-quality operator who would fit in well with the impressive 12 Smithfield Street mixed-use scheme which comprises some 100,000 sq ft of office space above.

NARS New Head Office

Lewis Craig are delighted to have advised luxury beauty brand NARS Cosmetics with their recent UK Head Office relocation project, resulting in a move to 100 New Oxford Street, located in the heart of Central London.

100 New Oxford Street has recently been transformed to provide 34,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, with NARS securing some 6,000 sq ft of open plan space on the 6th floor.

Having considered several other options the premises were identified as offering the perfect solution for the company’s UK Head office requirement.

With over 45 stores across the UK, Oliver Bonas have recently opened their new store at 37 Eastcastle Street in the West End of London, in good time for the peak season trading period.

Representing Earth Hairdressing, Lewis Craig acted in arranging for the disposal of the premises comprising around 2,500 sq ft over ground and basement floors, along with an additional 1,500 sq ft of upper floor office/ancillary space.

Acting for the freeholder, Lewis Craig have arranged for a letting of retail premises at 279 Camden High Street to MAC Cosmetics.

A strong level of interest was received from a range of retailers looking to secure representation in the stretch of Camden High Street between Camden Town Underground and the world famous Camden Lock Market by Camden Lock Bridge.

A slice of New York from NY Fold

Bringing authentic New York style pizza to London, NY Fold, represented by retained advisers Lewis Craig, have opened their first restaurant at 103 Charing Cross Road, between Soho and Covent Garden.

NY Fold is located in the section of Charing Cross Road between Tottenham Court Road Station and Cambridge Circus, with the double-fronted restaurant offering ground floor space of some 1200 sq ft, plus ancillary basement.
