Trailfinders Worcester Store Opens

This has to be one of the most historically interesting properties that we have had the pleasure of being involved with.

Originally a house believed to be of early 17th century origins, then becoming a shop at some point in the mid 1700’s, recently purchased and beautifully restored to an exceptionally high standard by our client Trailfinders, for their 33rd stand-alone Travel Centre in the UK and Ireland.

Liverpool Flagship for Trailfinders

Trailfinders new Liverpool Travel Centre is now open for business, located in the retail heart of the city at 36 Whitechapel, directly opposite the exclusive Metquarter shopping centre.

The stunning property, purchased freehold by our client, has dual frontages to Whitechapel and Williamson Street and extends to 8,200 sq ft arranged over ground, first and second floors. The property was previously occupied by Liverpool City Council as a showcase to welcome tourists for the 2008 capital of culture year.

Trailfinders have divided the ground floor to provide an exceptionally well fitted 2,400 sq ft travel centre, along with an attractive new self-contained retail unit created of some 900 sq ft fronting Williamson Street where we are now seeking a suitable retail tenant.

The self-contained first and second floor office space, comprising 4,900 sq ft, fitted to a high standard is being marketed through Robin Evans of Matthews & Goodman.

Lewis Craig, property advisers to Trailfinders, negotiated the freehold acquisition, involving a simultaneous surrender of the lease between Liverpool City Council and the previous owners of the property.

Chester sees opening of Trailfinders 25th Travel Centre

Trailfinders have opened their new Chester Travel Centre, following their freehold purchase of the property at 17-19 Bridge Street and 21-23 Bridge Street Row.

This attractive historic property provides some 1,200 sq ft of retail space at ground floor with additional Bridge Street Row accommodation over 3 levels of approx 2,850 sq ft.

Trailfinders have fitted out the premises to an exceptionally high standard, with particular sensitivity and attention being given to the historic characteristics of the building.

Lewis Craig, property advisers to Trailfinders, acted in sourcing the opportunity, negotiating for the freehold acquisition and simultaneously negotiating to secure vacant possession from previous leaseholders Going Places who in turn had sublet to Jigsaw.

Trailfinders are brand leaders in the tailormade travel industry and the Chester property is their 25th Travel Centre in the UK and Ireland.
